Vision and Statement of Values
The values guide activities and actions of the Simon Kimbangu Foundation are to demonstrate our belief that the way in which we work must be purposeful and carry the same sense of significance as the outcomes we are trying to achieve. They are:
• To improve their condition of life by relieving them of poverty, sickness, financial hardship and distress, by providing such person with advice, translation and interpreting service, welfare benefits, housing, health issues , cultural activities, employment, in order that they may integrate into British society.
• Guide leaders through decision-making and strategic planning processes
• Inspire, motivate and unify staff, board members and volunteers
• Set goals and identify measures of success
• Serve as the root for the organization's intended impact
